SMS consent is optional and is not required to access the CXTY Limits client portal, create an account, complete a transaction or receive services.

How consent is collected
The following process is used for existing CXTY Limits clients who voluntarily choose to receive SMS notifications.
Review the program
The client reviews the message types, frequency, potential carrier charges and opt-out instructions on this public page.
Provide information
The client voluntarily enters their name, business and mobile phone number.
Actively provide consent
The separate SMS-consent checkbox begins unchecked. The client must actively select it before submitting the form.
Consent is recorded
CXTY Limits records the client’s mobile number, consent language, date, time and source before sending SMS notifications.
PRIVACY & CONTROL
Your choice remains yours.
CXTY Limits does not sell or share mobile phone numbers, SMS consent records or messaging opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Clients may withdraw SMS consent at any time by replying STOP. Clients may reply HELP or contact support@cxtylimits.co for assistance.
